Actually it is 'who' because even though "the people that visit this forum" can be referred to as a group, you're still referring to a group of people, which btw is plural, and refers to it more individually to the people you're talking about, while 'which' refers it more as a whole, as a single thing. Both words are correct though in rare cases like this one, but 'which' just doesn't seem acceptable orally to me, and isn't really something people would use in writing either.
