No. DC won't add any languages he doesn't understand himself. Legal stuff. He is partially responsible for everything that's written here and he can't check that in languages aside from german and english.

Wrong. Arabic speaking people are probably one of the smallest user groups. Top US.de countries are Germany and US followed (with a big distance) by Poland, Brazil and Turkey.
