Well, I was a bit wrong: you can set custom tile images with image()

Take a look at Factis' file

File does not exist (10636) It draws tons of images but wall tiles are made as simple "Wall III".

You can also edit entities in real time with mafia_man´s lua map editor what would be senseless, because you would have to reload map. There isn´t any way to stack entities. You can make your own scripted lua events with movetile hook or something.
