NPC - Change Zombie speed?
6 replies Zombie (NPC only) it moves very slow, how to make it run faster? Maybe you can set the speed with lua, but not sure about it.

I think changing npc's image position during its moving should work. Actually you can adjust the zombies speed, like so. (Screenshot is self-explanatory)
He's talking about NPC zombies. You cannot change them with mp_zombiespeedmod, this only works for zombie bots or players during zombie game mode.
So, basically, Pikachu 
is right and it's not possible.
