then put your screen resolution into the 2nd and 3rd line.
my screen res is 1366 x 768 and thats what i put in that file yet nothing changed bar the resolution lol
could you maybe post a screenshot?
also, what are you computer specs?
updating video drivers and/or directX might help.
im running a windows 7 home premium 64 bit intel core i3_2310M CPU @2.1GHz, 4GB ram intel HD Graphics
also running the latest direct x and my drivers are up to date as far as game booster is saying
now to sort that screenie out
EDIT: hhhmmm for some reason print screen is not working and when i take a screenshot using f1 i just get the tiny box screen without the black sidebars..

with the resolution you put into the settings file, does it fill the screen in windowed mode or not?
if it is a little too large so it blocks the windoes task bar or is blocked by it then you could simply lower the y-size by some pixels...
