Suggested persons have to fulfill those conditions (THERE ARE NO EXPECTIONS): Must be registered here for at least 1 year or longer Must have the mode user or super user - idiots are not eligible. The person must obviously be a "good" user. Meaning: No troll, no asshole, someone who cares about the rules most of the time. The person should be quite active on the website.
