Please Help Me! I downloaded Weiwens Tibia Mod, Then when i tried it it Crashed Cs2D!

I believe it only runs properly on a dedicated server, not a listen server.

Please try downloading the Linux dedicated or Windows dedicated file.

So i need to Run the Dedicated Server then Play?

Run the dedicated then run the client, use the client to join the dedicated's server via join IP (127.0.0.1:36963).
