Try to start your own map.
Jynxxx has writtenIf it is protected by crap loads of env_weather then just open it with notepad or something. and find where it says snow, not really sure.
No, if it's protected with snow just... Disable weather in map editor. It really makes me wonder why do they keep complaining about it - turning off weather in map editor solves that problem easily.
