You shouldn't upload stuff to the internet if you don't want others to use it. Especially no CS2D maps! Your fault.

You can't make them stop use it unless you pay much money for a lawyer who tries to care about it (and will probably fail). I'm sure that your map is not that good that it is worth that money.

So simply forget it. Further discussion pointless.
