Also, the only time I've ever seen a virus problem with MSN is when people used to download stupid crap (such as smileys, free mouse pointers) and then it would spam messages through that persons email account.

No, I mean that it would start putting messages through the MSN chatbox.

EXAMPLE:
Me: Hello
Other user: Click here for free shit www.www.com

I've only ever seen it happen a few times. I no longer use MSN anyway because I've moved onto Skype.

The funniest fact is that i downloaded it because of extreme boredom, and as i said, i tested it on myself, it was fun while it lasted... that was before i started gaming.

Otherwise, it's a Infected file that got onto your computer, here's a advice : Don't download shit randomly, don't download porn, don't download things named as "12345" because of the high possibility of virus, and certainly don't download a file from a unknown and along the lines of "HOLY SHIT FREE TORRENTS AT THISWILLGIVEYOUAVIRUS.COM"

Or, how about : Only download from Trusted Sites, never download from anything else, don't download torrents, cracks(Quite high chance of a Virus being included in the package send to you), if your "Friend" gives you a unnamed disk and just tells you to insert it on your computer, don't, etc etc etc
