If you close it, horrible things will happen. And no it's not a virus. It's to start the pc properly.

Mh, seems like Sqlservr.exe is normal, but Sqlserver.exe is a trojan. Mind what is says.
Alistaire: You have no experience with databases and/or advanced programming involving said data storage method?
There is no guarantee that said process is a Trojan, since you aren't using his computer. And also, sqlserver would be ( obviously) an SQL server, it isn't used for starting the explorer.exe process whatsoever.Just start explorer.exe the good old fashioned way. Super+R.
Alistaire has writtensqlservice / sqlserver .exe is for starting up the windows explorer thingy.
