English can't see players or health

When i play in net or bot i can not see my player model or anyone else's, or any weapons or my health etc. If anyone knows what's wrong i would appreciate the help.

Updating graphics card drivers and DirectX may help. It might be a problem if you are using an old graphics card which is not 100% DirectX 7 or higher compatible.

Well i already have DX 9.0 and my graphics card supports direct3d which i have been told was the problem but mine is fine and ive tried redownloading many times but i still cant see players, weapons, health etc. is this a common problem? And how can i fix it.

It says to unzip the file using winzar or winzip, i used the windows xp extraction wizard. Since i didnt use winzar or winzip could that effect it in anyway?

Ok i downloaded winzip and extracted cs2d using it and now i see people but they are black/blue blocks and i somewhat see the health bar. It is alot better than it was before but is there a way to fix it comepletly? I appreciate everyones help with this problem
