Nope. I just installed some icons and I had to restart it. Then nothing shown up at welcome screen.

That's the only solution, beside formatting or executing a backup.
Lesson of the day: Never install themes and icon supports, it always slows down the performance and bug stuff such as the welcome screen or the desktop.

User selection screen is Welcome screen in Win 7. In Win Vista and up, actually.
Insert the Win 7 CD and choose to recover your system. Good luck.

Then I fixed.

Ultimate programmer as I said before THERE WAS NOTHIN'.Thanks for trying to help anyway.
How to fix it via USB1- Make your USB bootable with 10+ ways(google it)
2- Copy your Win7 recovery to your USB
3- Boot your PC

there 2 chance that cause your pc like this:
1. hacked(like
3RROR said)but the chance is 35%2. virus, of course, this will infected the system, and the chance is 65%
N.B.: im using win7 too, but i never have this problem
and after your pc was good, never install themes or icons(like
Mechanolith said), maybe it contain virus.
