whats optifine?

Makes the game run better for people who generally have shit computers.

My computer is an example of it. When I'm not using OptiFine I usually get a bunch of FPS drops but when I'm using OptiFine I hardly get any FPS drops.

The aethermod is great, but I don't get how to install the mods. My answer is "None".

you need to instal the modloader(all of the files from the archive to minecraft.jar) and extract the aether files.

Here is the mod of The Aether, for whoever needed it. Also whoever needed to know how to install most mods, here is a quick tutorial.

1.) Download Mod Loader, or any other mod. Mod Loader loads the mods that you will download. (In first description.)
2.) Go click START on the bottom left of your monitor, then got to Run and type "%appdata%" then go to Roaming if it says it or .minecraft, then go to your bin folder then open minecraft.jar with winRAR or 7-zip.
3.) Right away delete META-INF.
4.) Then when you are opening the folder that the mod is inside drag all of the files into minecraft.jar folder that you opened with winRAR or 7-zip and close minecraft.jar and run Minecraft to see if you get a black screen or not and if not go into a game to see if it works.
