Actually google has loads of name servers. How do I know? well, if you ping Google different IP-adresses shows up, in my case (today) one of Google's name servers are 173.194.32.48 . Name servers replicate a website in order to make it load quicker, if not anything else. DNS translates www.google.com into 74.125.79.104..

If you're running Windows 7 then I recommend getting WAMP. With that you could make your computer turn into a web server and host several websites on it if you wished to. I use WAMP and it's pretty good, I recommend you to try it.
If you're creating a website you need at least basic skills in HTML and perhaps some knowledge of PHP if you're gonna write that into your webpages I wish you the best of luck!
