change all your passwords get a virus+malware scanner, update it and run it get a decent firewall and set it up correctly run windows update (if you are using windows) change all your passwords again if any malware/virus was found (and removed!) SRAN has writteni dont use facebook too much but it is a secured website

Tips:
1. Make your passwords secure
2. Don't use the same password everywhere
3. Get a good antivirus/firewall software

I got so annoyed with the spam in emails and I didn't really go on it.
