2. Create new .cfg file that says your usgn (eg 20850.cfg) and write:

Right Click > Create New File > .cfg
When I make new file there's no .cfg on it

and it work's Yeah! as in!
I made a .txt file then I put a thing for example alpha vip ;
Then I save as on it then i changed *.txt into .cfg it worked
