And no, there's no FPS creator on NDS. Actually title says it "FPS" while cs2D is a "TPS2D"
So you should go make your own ds engine
it should take a week or two to get used to it, it took me 5 years to start making good games lol (only coz i suck at scripting)

Actually, I have to side with Erik here, Blender has a game engine built into it. It isn't very fast or easy to use, but it is still a game engine.
