Hi all.I wan't make Public Server,but there one problem.^^
Need Script 
I make only:
1.say function(Admin say)
2.kick function
If you know Good Admin Scripts(don't write HC script because there is big problems with "map voting",and Admin Script 3.0)
Write there Scripts.
If no Scripts.
Give me rcon commands.(like there http://unrealsoftware.de/files_show.php?file=7792 )
or useful programs to use rcon pass.
Textual Context professional in cmd.lst.
And give ban function,server settings functions. Admin/mod comment
you can probably imagine that "Script." is a very idiotic and pointless title. please use good titles in future. fixed. there are enough Admin Scripts on US.
