I always play the super hero server and I use the Evil Wrath function, but it's hard to press F2 then inventory and blah blah, so could I somehow make a bind or something (I just read about that option in the help section) so I can trigger Evil Wrath with just one button?

You can only choose the Server-function keys in the CS2D Folder, just change it there, to a key of your preference.

Of course, you have to mash this key over a few times, and it's not as efficient as tapping f4, then 1, then 1 again. You can prepare the menu before hand, and if you need to shoot you can tap 0, or escape.
