Hello DC and everyone else that reads this i have a request to make = can you add a rule that you are only alowd to look, make and comment on English files if you know decent english?

I and many other people, find it very stressful reading files where people from like malaysia or philipines write a comment saying "Not good, i not like, make better" or "I maked better one"

But! In proper english you would say "That isn't very good, I don't like it, please make it better next time" and "I made a better one, check it out"

So that is my request, please read and consider making it a rule so I and my fellow readers, don't have to put up with their shit, Thank you for your time, and happy whatever you do in your freetime.

This is a forum not an English assignment. So your English does not have to be proper, but you are correct. Some people here have very bad English and should not post.
However sentences like:

why do you lol? it is proper english (unless YOUR not english) alowd is a word look it up, you are only alowd to look is a proper sentance, I and many other people again is a proper sentance (something you wouldn't be able to understand)
