It would be good if you leave the game like that, without having SO many stuff to customize, just like regular counter-strike games and release the final version.
Maybe you could also compile a 'competitive' version in which you can't modify ANYTHING of the game or something similar for the competitive side of cs2d.

I think thats already possible with the map editor. You just need to use a trigger_move, a trigger_start, and a func_dynwall i think.

It could be usefull, example: you make a city, and at some moment, it start snowing (or whatever), and you use the nonkillable floor+tile to make the snow in the floor without killing the players.
