But right. Prison can make him good guy. From maniac a food deliver (maybe).
I will test him if prison make him good. So, first let him free and some agents will folow him (he will do not know about that agents). If he still gonna be maniac (Rob bank, market etc.), agents will arrest him back to the prison. But if he will do good things, we will let him free.

Actually, if he is a maniac, it means he suffers from a severe mental disorder which makes him kill. It is very hard to cure such a person, and in case of a shock, he might get to his instincts. It's better to study them.
