About alpha version 5 : This alpha version don't have singleplayer mod and even a multiplayer servers.
You can add weapons only with cheats.
You can download the alpha 9,but i don't now where.I no that soon there will be a beta version.
About alpha version 9 : the only things that i no in the alpha version 9 is that there is a npcs.The maps materials is completed,except world zena. edited 2×, last 26.02.11 01:35:03 pm
I saw the trailer for Black Mesa Source a while ago. I didn't even realise that it had been released.

what is this about? there is no official release or anything. you say that there is an alpha but you don't have any link. this is just a pointless thread.
the poll is even more pointless. there is not even a beta and there is also no link were you can get the alpha...

There will be a instruction on russian language:
For the game you need a half-life 2 Episode 1 or 2.In the folder of your hl2:episode 1 or 2 > episodic > bin you have to copy client.dll and a server.dll files.You need to Paste them in the BMS > bin and put the bms folder in to your half-life 2:episode 1 or 2.

Deleted the download link. it has not yet been released, so it's illegal to share the download link! /TKD It is unfinished. They never released it and it's not possible to download it. Well i downloaded it though in my hl2 mod and its cool though a small development but large thing.

You seriously know nothing about game/software development, do you? Alan Wake was first introduced in 2005/2006 but no one really knows how long they have been developing it. Trailer doesn't mean anything. What about the downloads?
I don't think that Black Mesa Source is by Valve and steam because i don't see the icons of them in that website. @max
