me yes(in most cases)
i hate loud sound of weapons but
without it i simply feel the weapon more (weird
)but i use the silencer more

Silenced M4A1 -> No sound and bad aim.
The Sound Silencer is VERY annoying

I also noticed, with silencer aim worse.
but now i dont use it...
because i like the sound
and its really useless! 
I don't really care about the pros. and cons. of the silencer, I personally think they're equal. It's not like the gun gets special powers by using silencer... if so, it shouldn't be like that. Just less sound should be made when firing with the silencer on, makes it realistic and powerful for stealth ambushes and/or attacks.
