I do believe what they would do is de-compile the cs2d client executable to machine code, using this source they can find any type of encryption cs2d uses for sending it's packets ( if it uses encryption, never tried this myself ), then fuck around until they find the authority key and then somehow program a few bits extra that can interpret the Lua bot files ( or they could have written them from scratch..? IDK about that one though ) and finally compile it on a loose-type compiler such as MinGW or GCC 3.02 ( thats the last one I remember ).

uPraTe didn't even decompile the CS2D. He just used LUA to do that. Injector is written in C++. Bot hack he wrote is using bot samples made by DC.
