If DC would give up Unreal Software, a huge lot of people would disappear from here (no further updates) and it'd become really quiet.

what about ubersystem which will give admin rights to TKD or another moderator ?
like DC need to press some button 1 time, to delay for 1 month, he can press like 20 times, and it will be delayed to 20 month, but if he dont will press it again in that time, guy which name was here as "Next chosen" will be admin.

There will more likely be additional moderators but obviously DC decides who that'll be. DC is the administrator of this website, so no one would be the secondth administrator. As DC stated.
