In fraps, you can choose how many FPS (Frames Per Second) you want on the output recording... (This has a huge effect on video filesize) That's what -GaS- was talking about!

Heard it on a forum... Probably equivalent to what Arne just posted. I just don't use Fraps anymore...

You can use hyper cam, in unregistred version you can't make videos with sound but it's a good software.

fraps is the best i recomand you to not use hypercam 2 it will show that thing and your fps will slow down then your game closes itself
