But im uploading it! How do i will post my Skins and Maps on the File Archive? Can i use links, like a file posted on 4shared or anything else?

the website surely doesn't say that you are allowed to upload 7z or rar! zip is the only archive type which is allowed here!
you are not allowed to use external links!
which tool are you using to create your zip files?
try winzip, winrar or 7zip to create your zip archives. all valid zip archive files should work.
Im using WinRAR with the best compression, but when i compress a file it cames with the .rar format, but i will try to make a .zip one!

God damn it is it really that hard to: Right click on desctop >new> zip file. If you got win rar installed its gona look like a rar file but READ. The first one ir rar and second one is ZIP so please use BRAIN, it doesnt hurt trust me
