Probably you're talking about the Super Hero Mod or Classic Super Hero Mod, both made by Blazzingxx.
There was updated version of it, but somehow I managed to lose it.

As Skipper said, you can change levels and other stuff in sh_config.cfg
And.. If you created a post for that.. That means you want that script.
