In cs1.1.7 was file with english and russian langs. Put it in fonts and use two fonts. I remember, some players used english and turkish lang, or pl/ger/fr & eng.
the map to play is small like gun game you have 250 hp 100 armor and 3 lifes and after limited times there is bosses like ravens who starts to attack the winner is who survives with the most lifes in limited time

There are NPC's.. also known as bots. -.-
Weapon editor: u can change weapon damage in the editor mode if u got the rcon of the server and u can change the weapon sprites with paint if u want to and got enought talent or just look for sprites that u like here.
Voice Community: just use a programm like skype, man.

Dude if u want to play special zombie modes, just enter a server with a special zomie lua.. its not hard to find.
weapon reload sounds: as far as i know every weapon in cs2d has a reload sound.. if u dont like it, search the archives for other sounds posted by users.
The idea with the corpse is also suggested by other players.. i guess that would be quite nice but i also think that there is a lua for that and if not i think adding would make lags in games with many players especially if the corpses dont vanish.. think of a death match with no time limit and instant respawn and all the corpses. uber laggage, man.
Now NPCs are not bots. There are separate entity for this, and yes, there are only 3 non-editable NPCs for now.
