Garbled pictures in Wine? *SOLVED*

Finally I (and you) can play Stranded 2 under Linux without ugly stuff in the inventory. 
Though I made this thread only to give the proper credit to John Haywards over at WineHQ.
Let this be an appeal too to all mappers and modders for not using pictures with odd sizes and changing the old ones, so all of us can have the same fun at this great game.
The next one I shall adjust is my favourite mod, the german s2ext.

I'm not sure; should I make a thread in the german board too? Nice idea(Im using Linux and WINE).
But i only need the logo-picture, the rest stuff works perfectly. 
Hmm. that's strange. Which version of Wine do you have?
And not everything is ugly; e.g. the text and the bars are odd too but working. I use the developer version(1.1.31) and i run Stranded II in a virtual desktop(u can change it in the Wine settings) 
I can make the german thread, if u want, im german I think I'll give this a try (mine wine is 1.0.1). I have the virtual desktop enabled, too, since X crashes when Wine goes fullscreen.
