I know this sounds real stuiped but i couldent find a way to change my CS2d fullscreen to window mode, i looked in options but i couldent find it in there please help lol I know this is a bit stuiped

Create a textfile in your cs2d dir.
Write this in your file:

@echo off
title Run Counter-Strike 2D (windowed mode)
start CounterStrike2D.exe -win
exit
Save your file.
Now rename your text file to CS2D - windowed.bat
(Notice that you must change extension from .txt to .bat)

you can't, you half to run it in fullscreen, or window. you can't swich. Also, you spelled 'window', wrong. And I spell things wrong all the time...
