So? And how many gals may work parallel?
I'm using Geany: it has several highlightings, file browser, auto completition, compiling functions and other stuff, I didn't need yet. But I think it's just as good as N++.

works with gals to :P. Gobby isnt gender specific XD.
also Gobby is nice to use dierectly on the linux server so you can immeadeatly use your new lua scripts which is nice for fast testing
