Maybe, if there would be like a way to stop this from happening. Like, You have to COMMENT AND RATE. If you can't comment, you can't rate.
Not a surefire way because they'll probably say
"Cool skin, bro." And give you 1 star for it.

Maybe they think that it's a sort of reversed order of ranking
Like 1st place, 2nd Place, 3rd place... lol, Of course this is quite impossible but it is funny when you think of it.
write a good description and make good screenshots. that's much more important than the rating.
