as the title suggested, is it possible to make a player start without any weapons (including the knife) without using lua?
i played this on a server where everyone spawns without any weapons and they have to find guns hidden under tress etc themselves.

i'm aware that the no weapons entity and no buying entity will sorta help but the player still gets to keep NV and armors (which i am not complaining) but there is no method to remove the knife with entities as i know...

so... any help would be appreciated.

I've made a configuration file that sets all weapon to cause no damage, 100% tested too. But I encountered a problem with Gas Grenade and such it still hurts.

I'd love weaponless state for zombie mods, then you search guns instead of having any. Feels just like any zombie movie out there, in the movies the victims find shotguns in closets and stuff that they defend themselves with on the zombies. Pretty awesome!

i've read DC's answer in a thread about that bug leading to problems that will make us complain, which we were told not to at first. I wanted to create a weaponless state without exploiting a glitch/bug so... i guess i'll just have to live with it, it's not that bad.
Still really hope "fist" could be made maybe in CS2D 0.2.2.8 (just joking)

Another question:
Is it possible to use only entities to create a spawn point during a game round?

As in, for example, team A walks into chamber and triggers a dynamic wall blocking all exits for 30 seconds and create new spawn points for team B within that chamber. Team B uses teleport paths to charge in to the chamber and kill team A. team B's player die, they respawn in the chamber for faster kill...

^ was that possible? i tried it using move,once to trigger the spawn but didn't really get to test it out. just creating a new spawn is enough, though IF removing a spawn is actually possible, that'd be nice to also let me know about it.

not sure if it works but it should be possible to activate/deactivate spawns by triggering them.

this would mean that you have to place all the spawns with the editor and disable all spawns with trigger_start which are in the chamber (so people don't spawn there at the beginning).

afterwards you trigger ALL spawns to disable the initial spawns and to enable the chamber spawns.

you have to use Lua scripts if that doesn't work.
