Ammo... DC will add ammo settings and stuff for next version I suppose. It might be possible in someways to change the ammo in the weapons using lua script.How to edit the Ammo in the Gun ? sample:

Custom gun? well, I assume you have to reskin it and change sound for it and use lua script to change the weapon name ingame (I have done that in my SW2D lua script). It's not possible to create a custom gun in another way right now.
why ? if the Admin Server creat gun ?? what happent is gonna be ? Creat weapon dont made the game+ server BAD , it can made they server exciting 
with more weapon and more fun like they want. I see some server in my CS 1.6 has a Custom Weapon and i see all that server allways fun ... KimKat , you said you can change name weapon in-game ? how you do that ? can you teach me ? Hey ? i think the Zombies mode CS2D should has Minigun , the "Zombies" will have a new Company , CS2D just has 1 Machine Gun ? player will bored , if you creat new MG , yeah! , new wind'll come i think player will be like "KILL THEM ALL". >:) use the command

cs2d is not modding compatible. there will never be an option to create own guns.
