I was wondering if someone could make me a script where when I press the "=" key it equips me with airstrike laser and wrench?

Impossible. You can not use these keys but you could serveraction or console cmds or say

You have to be owner or a RCon of a server to have it.
And i don't think you can do that in bind so you need to be owner of a server.
