My suggestion, get faster internet.

lolBtw, thats upload (not download speed) to other contries, not just to your contries clients.
Speed is slower in this case.
+ where you live? Mexica?

are you sure that you have 200kb/s?
i have 40-60 kb/s.and i use DSL 6000.(in germany it is a migle high connection)
edit: my mistake.i have 352kb/s upload.i tested it with a speed test.

try to play with friends in mexico and see if it works better.
disable all programs which use the internet while playing. do not use wlan.

Well in my Dedicated server... everyone seems to have higher ping then they should.. and every once in a while the lag spikes and everyone gets 700+ Ping, then they get kicked. I dont get why however, i have 6 Mb cable and i think that would be more then enough to run a server... could it be somthing with the port or anything? i tryed port forwarding, but now shure if i did it right.
40 Gigabits per second should do it.

your connection has actually enough bandwidth but maybe it still has a high latency. especially to players which do not live in mexico.

you dont must use cable from PC too telephon line then.
I know it might be slower or something, but +can someone give me big and advanced info-packet about why not to use wlan?
im sitting 2 rooms far from the rooter.its always like by a old TV with antenne.SEARCH THE SIGNAL!

ok trying to put USB stick higher....YES!i have a signal.its bad,bud it is there.
i have BFG(big f... problems) to become a good signal.because im sitting far away from rooter.
another problem:
the most wlan networks have more then 1 PC.youre father/brother/whatelse is downloading a small game.let it be 20 mb and oh...LAGGING! and oh.connection lost.server offline
ok that was a hard story
but when you share your internet or sit a little bit away you can have problems.
