I don't get it people make it so confusing there is nothing in "Change Settings" and the sys/serversettings doesn't work >:l and I tried everything.

I know that... I already setted the RCon Password and on rcon but how do I make admins? >:l

They have to type rcon_password "YOUR PASSWORD"

they can't be, unless you're using third party plugins. For example, most of the major American servers use amx2d as their backend.

if you wanna make other players admins give them rcon and tell them to write [Admin] to their name

Search the Lua scripts file section. It's just a Lua script which has to be installed.

It's not part of the original CS2D.

Anyways, you need to download AMX2D

This script requires that you hard code the admins into the scripts.
