you would be shocked if you found out what hackers can do,most do not use there full potential unless they are testing their skills.i got hit by a hacker testing his/her skills it was insane(and for your information hackers have planted things on websites in the past and they still do).in other words i am saying if it is on the website at all a hacker could get the data if he/she wanted to.(i am not saying all hackers are bad some use there skills to make anti-virus programs)i have had a lot of problems with viruses/other hacker related computer problems so you cant blame me for being over cautious.
We can only see the IP to set IP bans. Which is really important sometimes. For example when DC isn't here and someone spams with threads. We can't completely ban him, so we ban his IP until DC bans him.

But i want know that what feature gets remove for a banned guy and how can i be unbanned?
you get a ban when you massively violate the rules. it's already too late when you get a ban. most bans will never be removed.

How can you petition to get a ban removed?
however this will not lead to a ban removal in 99% of all cases.
what if someone else opens my account and do some rough things?
or what if you get to know that about a guy who hacked this site,will you ban him (No,i didnt hacked this site)?
when someone gets hacked: his account will be banned of course in order to avoid further abuse. later evidence, ip checks etc. might lead to a removal of the ban.
when someone hacks my page (or games): of course I will ban him! no doubt! it's an direct attack against Unreal Software. moreover I'll sue him when I'm able to find his real name/address (...or alternatively hire a bunch of bounty hunters to kill him

also DC if you track everyone in US how come you dont ban double users undercover only later in the days? sorry just a question
and what if "just for instanse DONT THINK i or anyone else would do it!" someone would have hacked your account witch is hardly possible and make some other User a admin or mod what would you do in the first place?

As you can see, it's not all that exciting.
And I'm pretty sure the only way to add on new users is through a direct query to the database (or via phpMyAdmin)

are you sure? maybe you are right. however I can still sue you. so I have an advice for you: better don't try to hack stuff here.
