And in case you're wondering, given the limited shared nature of normal client level connections, a leased line is preferable. Look for lower end VPS and they should be sufficient for your needs.

If you're incapable of comprehending even the most basic of the english syntax then I really implore you to stay in school instead of spewing what you believe to be individualism where it's not needed. Look at the post again, and if there's anything that you do not understand, there's a magical little book called a Dictionary for you to use.
However, if you insist, then I will break this down for you so you might actually understand what I'm talking about.

and - Conjunction
They - Object referencing lowerend VPS
should be - verb of the second clause
suffificent - Adjective
for your needs - Prepositional adverb phrase linked to sufficient.
Which in this case means that Vibhor should find a "lower end VPS" to host his servers off of.
This is elementary level grammar, if you still do not understand then seriously consider what I've said above.
I always hated trying to identify Complex Sentences though.
