Hello, I have learned a whole lot about the stranded II game, so I don't think I will be asking stupid questions So cheers 
to that.
I will ask a simple community question.
What do you do first in Stranded II?
For me, I first find my source of water, then I find enough grain to farm and live off that for all eternity. I occasionally hunt for meat when I have free time and of course I will make shelter first but you know what I mean.
So, its good to come across a game about survival, and cheers once again for being here. Admin/mod comment

but to your question: what do you mean? adventure or random-map? I mean, As in Random Map. I just found the search button too. Stupid me 
in random map there is no really thing to do. i never player random map, but - of course - adventure is much better, cause you have things to do. you should play the adventure and than random map. Hi SkullerX, welcome to unrealsoftware!
I've played the random map.
First of all I try to find a water source. I make there a shelter and every day i start killing animals for food and collecting mushrooms. Every day i try to create new things: for example, after shelter I make fire so I can cook the meat, then a well for water. Most important is to get the shelter and fireplace done. And , of course, to get food, though you start with some at the beginning. Tau User

For me it's important to find some wine. Then I build a camp there and plant new wine. Wine grows fast and you can plant as much as you want without having to fear a plague. You have to be careful with wine though, you know, not drink too much. And do not call me an SII-alcoholic, I plant some hemp for joints, too . nmG has written

You'd rather keep those in a lower priority. A higher priority would be grain harvest, which does feed you. My parameters for finding a new campsite.
1.If this is your first, you should make It along the coast
2. Water source is Necessary
3. Food: fruit trees, berry bushes, even a lion spawn off a little is a good thing
4. Iron: you should have an Iron rock at hand.
5. Cotton is good to have, but not necessary
6. Trees: don't found your new site in a clearing

I played most of the adventure already. I do agree with the grain thing though. I have a big grain farm in one sector which is a 10 x 10 field, encased in palisade walls and gate :P. I use easy maps.
I always build the tent near a water source, close to shore is also a good thing. Then I build the campfire near the water source, then so on from there. Also, I like to build the small storage, chop it up until it melts into the ground, then just build the big storage. lol.

Then I chop down all the trees around and plant grains, grapes, hemp, berry bushes, and some fruit trees. Then I enclose the entire thing in pallisades. I get myself 1 chunk of iron and 1 piece of cotton and then set camp near shore with a water sorce nearby. Then I make a spade and a fishing pole and alternate digging and fishing. It goes a little hard at first, but after a while you have a more then ateady supply of food (one day's catch earns about 20 fishes - one day's hunger can be satisfied with 3

I tried doing that but the guy keeps saying either "That wont work" or something similar. So whats not right? I've honestly no idea, unless it wasn't scripted right in the mod. Didn't you say that you were using massive mod? you need a bottle, since you can't make it, change the combonation or cheat to get the bottles SkullerX has written

In massive mod you must yous a juicer instead of a stone ,its made by clay ... I was thinking of the old version... I find branch and stones first..
