1. the colorcode is RGB and starts with a copyright sign
numbers 1-3: red (000-255)
numbers 4-6: green (000-255)
numbers 7-9: blue (000-255)
each part has to have 3 chars. use leading zeros for values lower than 100!
examples:

(and btw: there are no server briefings! only map briefings!)
2. you can't rate servers?!
3. they simply show how good players are. rank 1 = best players. the rank is calculated this way: score - deaths
the rank is only for the current server. you have a different rank on each server based on your score and deaths there.
4. you can't since it doesn't have a rank. players have ranks. servers don't have ranks. servers have stats. saved in serverstats.html in your cs2d folder.
5. impossible and I'll NOT add stupid things like map passwords or something because those hacker fags would bypass the crap anyway. waste of time.
when you fear that someone could edit your maps you have to stop to create maps. that's the only solution.
6. impossible. it is always 16000 for each player and there is really no need to change that in my opinion.
