A good programm for that is Milkshape, but it costs
you must also keep in mind that you need good scripting knowledge if you want a good one.

there is a notepad ready in every system.
check start>all programs>accessories>notepad or just see sys folder in stranded 2 and you see inf files just open them.
on:start{

that those ( and ) are in another color, and the commands and so, so that you can write your scripts easier.
for example in PHP it would highlight ECHO

you see, all those texts which are in " " are red.
the html codes are underlined, the parameters are blue.
this is highlighting. that should work with every programming/scripting language, but someone has to write the highlighter
