you cant give everyone music like from metallica. the music has a copyright. there is nothing different between sharing it on a P2P filesharing client or here in the forum or somewhere else.
giving anybody music with copyright (and metallicas music HAS copyright, search for metallica vs napster) is a criminal act

@PyroCracker 1 question: Is it ok if someone modify the sound of a song (make it higher or lower) and then share it on internet?
i am no advocat. search on google.
but i guess when you edit music and sell it you must have the permission of the person/company that owns the original song. i realy have no idea what about modify it and share it for free. ask an advocat or google
edit:
haha kenVo! i clicked your link. and what i see:
"Dieses Video ist nicht verfügbar.
Dieses Video enthält Content von UMG. Es ist in deinem Land nicht verfügbar."
that means: the video isnt aviable couse it has content of UMG and brakes the copyright that to our lessons: why i should not share music in the unreal software board or somewhere else at the internet
"all rights goes to it's original owner"
If you writte that in the description, there will a great chance of the owner not reporting you...

i will try it next time
btw:
your video is only not aviable for me couse iam in another country then you. it is possible that our countrys have different copyright rules
I'm amazed though... lol. Normally everything is blocked expect on countries like Sweden, THE "Anti-Copyright" country. ThePirateBay.
moreover extracting some seconds from existing music is simple. everyone can do it with free tools. so this thread/idea is pointless in my opinion.
oh and calling this thread "making music" is a bad joke. the right title would be "stealing music"...
