To be honest that's only like after the first 100~ files. Pretty sure I called him out on this a few times on his uploads, they all just look the same.

tl;dr: Confirmed,
CY has most files by far but hey, you're officially second Fiz! Fiz and I don't exactly know with how much effort he did his files but I generally know that CY mostly did skins and also did not upload them as a mappack, instead every single skin which takes less time to create than a whole map like fiz's content seems to be mostly 
DC: Here only approved files or not? DC is the only one with the most files Yates: My golden deagle was approved
