I think that the romanian army is better than the dutch army.
The Dutch have got some serious shit going on actually. Sadly the last few years they started dimming down the money towards defense

If anything happens and Holland gets involved, I'm off back to England. I don't trust a country which only had one tank as their defense. In fact, I'm pretty sure they just sold everything two years back.
I prefer this list:

It does much more than just see who has the biggest and the meanest armies. Geographical location, border length, water ways, produce and all sorts are taken into account.
UPD: 3.12.2015: As if I was serious with that statement.

Turkey should be at least in TOP 3 since they managed to shoot down a Russian (!) bomber.
While many good things can be said about the Turkish military, I don't think its downing of the Russian bomber would be a fair assessment of its power. Shooting down a lone bomber outside of friendly territory and away from friendly forces requires more nerve than military prowess.
France? Owned in 1941, also at 2015.
Hungary? Say hello to my little 1956.
Poland? Bitch, please.
I think strongest is Russia.
Germany takes second place.
England is 3rd.

Respect Poland, we didn't kill people when we defeat them. This is the reason why we are ridiculed. Did you hear about the Polish Hussars (They didn't lost any battle for 125 years)? They was able to fu*k up Russians but we didn't do that. We didn't use our power because we were friendly.

Yes, I like to group countries in the European nations.

For starters, we're talking about the present. Which means what happened during and post second world war has nothing to do with our current discussion.
Secondly, mentioning what happened in the past by having the image of "My country is superior" will get you the image of an asshole instead.
Moreover, I think cows don't exist. It's just horses in disguise. I didn't provide any facts to back it up just like you didn't but I'm going to assume just saying this will prove that cows are in fact not real. Moo.
Finally, I'd like you to edit your post as I think many poles would find it offensive. I find it offensive, they probably too.

I know my country has been increasing it's Military strength but I don't really think it's all that worth it. I guess it COULD last until help from NATO arrives but other than that.

These lists cant tell much, its about people, how they fight. You didnt expect Vietan to defeat US, you didnt expect Chechnya to defeat Russia etc etc.
So now tell your own opinions.

How did your day make a Poland? I want my day making Polands, too!

A successful act of terrorism doesn't mean a country is owned. That was...stupid.France? Owned in 1941, also at 2015.

And finally, my humble opinion is that the top countries on the list should be ones that own nuclear weapon, so Russia, Great Britain and France for sure.
