I haven't measured my length in a while. But last time I measured myself I was ~180cm tall.
I personally don't believe being taller is better. It's a matter of your own preference. Small people can fit anywhere while tall people really can't, so there's many benefits of being both small and tall in general. But tall people probably has the most benefits due to the fact that we can reach things that are higher up while a small person wouldn't. Either way I am sure both tall and small has great benefits.
