Use the firewall of your server to block his IP. This is even better than just blocking his U.S.G.N. account. At least until the attacker changes the IP.
In case of a Linux system:
iptables -A INPUT -s IP -j DROP

(replace IP with the actual IP)

I know this isn't the right topic to discuss about it. DC stated that he doesn't care about what's going on servers or server owners.

And you shoudn't prejudice somebody without proofs.

Crying? This guy is angry because not gained admin on my server

Is hard see, if i disable hacking in C4 server, peoples go send DDoS.

It's not that I don't trust you in this particular case. I'm just handling it this way in general to avoid unjustified bans.

Ban the guy from your server(s) and ban the IP in your firewall(s). These two things combined are even more effective than an account ban (at least for your own server).

I wish people would stop that ridiculous (D)DoS crashing shit. Everyone behaves like an idiot. Unreal Software is getting attacked as well. All the time. Every day. Just because kids think it's cool to be a "hacker". They don't realize that they are just pathetic idiots. Nothing more and nothing less.
